I am from Shelburne Massachusetts and grew up in the Little Big House, a living sculpture designed and built by my father, artist Glenn A. Ridler.

I graduated summa cum laude and with honors from Syracuse University with BA in Art History in 2006. I completed my PhD in Art History from the Graduate Center, CUNY in 2016.
